Andre Droga

Andre Droga builds music from the friction between places and genres. The Porto-born Slovenian-Portuguese artist works between Ljubljana and Berlin, shaping a sound rooted in hip-hop but porous enough to absorb indie songwriting, pop instinct, electronic ambience and R&B softness. The result is intimate without becoming small: emotionally exposed songs sit inside hazy, carefully designed production and are reconfigured into a fuller atmospheric experience on stage.

His platform discography currently includes three album-length projects: WHO SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING, EVERYTHING IS SOMETHING. (2024), Indie Rock (2025) and Beautiful (2025), alongside the Preparty EP and singles including “Denim Jacket,” “Rumors,” “French Tip” and “Zodiac.” Beautiful, a twelve-track collaboration with m84this, makes Droga’s authorship especially visible: he is credited with vocals and writing, co-production, synth, guitar and creative direction.

Droga’s visual and musical language treats each release as part of a larger self-contained universe rather than a fixed genre exercise. Festival MIL’s 2026 presentation describes a forthcoming follow-up titled Fairytales. At the time of research, it had been announced in festival promotion but had not yet appeared in the public streaming discography.

Alternative hip-hop, indie, pop, electronic and R&B meet in soft-focus production and emotionally direct songwriting. Live, the music’s dreamlike layers expand into a fuller atmospheric form.
